TEQcloud is officially a company
The KvK paperwork came through today. TEQcloud exists on paper now, not just in my head.

Today TEQcloud became a registered company. The letter from the KvK landed on the desk, “Gefeliciteerd, u heeft een eigen bedrijf”, with a number on it that makes the whole thing real. KvK 99552434.
There is nothing romantic about the process. You fill in a form, you sit through an appointment, you pay the fee, and a little while later you are a sole proprietorship with a VAT number and a duty to keep your books in order. But it is the line between thinking about doing this and actually doing it, and that line is worth marking.
For now TEQcloud is one person, and that person is me. I am not going to pretend there is a team in a back office. The point of registering was never to look big. It was to do the Kubernetes work I have been doing anyway, properly, with an invoice that holds up and a name clients can look up in the register.
The certifications and the rest of the plan live on the About page. The short version: KvK first, then the exams, then the clusters.
